Seeing a picture of a duck makes me smile and reminds me of what my son told me, that  “ducks are waterproof and that we we can act like them. “ Here is an excerpt of Why You should Act Like a Duck by Erin Bell “Act like a duck.  Let problems and things that bother you run off your back like water.  It’s important to deal effectively with problems, but if you let them get under your skin and you become emotional, you will undermine your physical health, your mental health, and have difficulty meeting your goals.  Turn your problems into water, watch it roll off your back and live your dreams.”

Viva Las Vegas!

Meeting family members from Hawaii and those already based in the City…attending a graduation and a retirement party…maybe a little game of poker on the side ??? anyway, “what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas”..makes me smile……………..
